Biography	Agnes holds an AMI Orientation Certificate (0-3 year olds), an Early Childhood (3-6 year olds) Montessori Teaching Diploma from the Prepared Montessorian Institute (PMI), and a PMI certificate for Montessori in the Home. Agnes spent the last three years at an AMS Montessori school in Manhattan where, in her most recent two years as lead teacher, she thoroughly enjoyed guiding and supporting the development of the children in her classroom. Agnes was born in Poland, holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany, and spent 10 years working in Human Resources in a German multi-national corporation before moving to New York. She is also a qualified yoga & prenatal yoga instructor, loves the diversity of NYC, healthy food, and being outdoors with her husband and their three children. Agnes is passionate about living the Montessori philosophy and inspiring and fostering independence in each child and is excited to continue her journey at REDS.
