Agnes holds teacher training (for children ages 3-6) from the Prepared Montessorian Institute, an AMI Orientation Course certificate (for children ages 0-3), and is pursuing her AMI teacher training (for children ages 3-6) through Montessori Training Center Northeast in Hartford, CT. Agnes joined REDS in 2025, having spent the prior three years at an AMS school in Manhattan, including two years as lead teacher. She received a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany and spent 10 years working in Human Resources at a German multinational corporation. Agnes is a mother of three children, a qualified yoga and prenatal yoga instructor, and is passionate about inspiring and fostering independence in every child.
