Prior to becoming the Assistant Guide in Casa B in 2017, Chui Yee served as REDS' Administrative Assistant for 12 years. Before returning to REDS in 2017, she taught in public schools for several years. She holds master’s degrees in TESOL and Bilingual Education from Long Island University. Chui Yee's first experience working with children began when she took an after-school job during her sophomore year of high school. Since then, she has worked exclusively with children and in educational settings. Chui Yee was born in Guangdong, China. She is fluent in Cantonese and Taishanese and also speaks some Mandarin. She enjoys road trips, travel, and, most importantly, spending time with her son.
