Biography

Natalie has been involved in Montessori education since 2008 and is deeply committed to the philosophy. She has always felt a strong connection to the core values of Montessori, specifically adult’s role as a guide in the child’s self-construction. Natalie joined REDS in 2013 as an Assistant Guide before transitioning to the role of Guide in 2017. She completed her AMI teacher training (for children ages 3-6) at The Montessori Institute of North Texas in Dallas, TX. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of North Texas and is currently working towards her master's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. When not at work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
