Job Title	Floater and After-School Theater Teacher
Biography	Teresa is very passionate about early childhood development especially in regards to social and emotional learning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Franciscan University with experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Parent Education. Prior to joining REDS in 2023, Teresa worked in preschools, elementary, and middle schools. Her other previous experience with children includes work as a nanny, camp director, and theater instructor – a passion she shares with the REDS community through her After-School Theater Class. Outside of work she enjoys reading, crocheting, and ballet.
