Biography	Eleisa is excited to bring her experience and passion for early childhood education to REDS, which she joined in 2026. She began her career in school administration before transitioning to special education. Eleisa earned a bachelor’s degree in History from Columbia University and a master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Hunter College. She holds dual New York State certification in General Education and Special Education. Outside the classroom, Eleisa enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family.
