Biography	Alyssa was introduced to Montessori in her first job as an assistant guide and was drawn to the work of creating a nurturing, engaging classroom where children feel respected and capable. Alyssa’s career has included work in Montessori schools in New Jersey for several years prior to joining the REDS team in 2023. She has her AMS teacher training (for children 3-6) from the Princeton Center for Teacher Education and a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from The College of New Jersey. When not in the classroom, Alyssa enjoys reading, crafting, puzzles, and yoga.
