We are grateful for your interest in REDS! The admissions deadline for the 2026-2027 academic year has now passed. If you are interested in applying for the 2027-2028 school year, please read through the required steps in our admissions process outlined below or contact us at [email protected] with questions.
1. Attend an Open House
The application process begins with attendance at one of our yearly open houses where you will hear from our Head of School and Director of Admissions, as well as meet our faculty and see our classrooms. Attendance at an Open House is a required part of the admissions process. Open Houses are for adults only. Click below to sign up.
2. Apply
The application for the 2027-2028 school year will open after Labor Day 2026 and be due by November 15. Prior to beginning your application, please carefully review the information regarding our unique age cutoffs and start dates on the application page. A link is provided below. Once families submit an application, they will be emailed with access to schedule appointments.
3. Schedule a School Tour
Tours are given during the day while school is in session as an opportunity for families to speak with our Director of Admissions and observe how children learn in a Montessori setting. Following the tour, families will have a conversation with a current REDS parent. The School Tour is a required part of the admissions process and is for adults only. Once families submit an application, they will be emailed with access to schedule their School Tour.
4. Schedule an Admissions Conversation
Admissions Conversations are held in person with our Head of School and Director of Admissions. This is an opportunity for families to ask questions and share more about their family and child. The Admissions Conversation occurs after attendance at an Open House and School Tour and the completion of the application and is a required part of the admissions process. Once families submit an application, they will be emailed with access to schedule their Admissions Conversation.
5. Schedule Your Child's Visit
Every child will have the opportunity to meet individually with a REDS AMI-trained faculty member. These visits are an opportunity for a faculty member to get to know the children and are observational in nature. They are scheduled to last 20 minutes. Once families submit an application, they will be emailed with access to schedule their Child's Visit.
