Raising a child and participating in a Montessori program requires time, energy, dedication and understanding. To that end, REDS provides a number of ways to support families and provide information on child development, parenting strategies, the Montessori philosophy and pedagogy, and much more.

Young girl hugging a teacherA Speaker series is planned each year for parents and faculty, regular parent classes are hosted by the Head of School, and bi-annual parent observations and conferences are also scheduled. Each week a newsletter is emailed home filled with news items pertaining to various projects and special events. A parent handbook is provided to each family outlining all policies and details to ensure that families take full advantage of the REDS experience.
