Raising a child, and participating in a Montessori program requires time, energy, dedication and understanding. To that end, REDS provides a number of ways to support families and provide information on child development, parenting strategies, the Montessori philosophy and pedagogy and much more.

REDS supports parents by providing information on child development, parenting strategies, the Montessori philosophy and pedagogy and much more.A Speaker series is planned each year for parents and faculty, regular parent classes are hosted by the Head of School, and bi-annual parent observations and conferences are also scheduled.

Each week a newsletter is emailed home filled with news items pertaining to various projects and special events. A parent handbook is provided to each family outlining all policies and details to assure that families take full advantage of the REDS experience.
